Yunfeng machinery after-sales service description

Dear customer:

Thank you for choosing Yunfeng Machinery products! In order to protect your rights and ensure the normal operation of the equipment,
we provide perfect after-sales service. Specific instructions are as follows:


Scope of after-sales service

1. Quality warranty service

• The equipment is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery (subject to the contract).

• During the warranty period, if the fault is caused by the quality problem of the product itself (not caused by human or external factors),
   we provide free repair or replacement of damaged parts.
2. Equipment commissioning and installation

• Provide on-site equipment installation, commissioning and operation training to ensure the normal operation of equipment, and guide customers

   to correct operation and daily maintenance.

3. Technical support and remote guidance

• Provide telephone and video remote guidance to solve common operation and fault problems.

• Arrange engineers for on-site service as required.

4. Maintenance and spare parts supply

• Free repair for damage caused by quality problems during the warranty period.

• Outside the warranty period, provide paid maintenance services and ensure the supply of original parts.

• Provide wearing parts and consumables for a long time to ensure continuous operation of the equipment.

5. Regular maintenance and maintenance (optional)

• Provide regular inspection and preventive maintenance to extend the service life of the equipment.

• Customized maintenance solutions for long-term customers.


Service application process

1. Contact customer service: Call the customer service hotline 0086-0577-65595931 or submit a service application through official channels.

2. Problem feedback: Provide equipment model, serial number, purchase voucher, and describe equipment failure.

3. Preliminary diagnosis: technical personnel remote guidance troubleshooting problems, as far as possible to help customers solve.

4. Maintenance treatment:

• If on-site maintenance is required, arrange on-site engineer service.

• For equipment that needs to be returned to the factory for repair, customers are required to send equipment or parts as instructed.

5. Maintenance completion: Test after maintenance, and provide maintenance report and subsequent maintenance suggestions.


Special Instructions

1. The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty (but paid repairs can be provided) :

• Human damage (operation error, improper use, failure to follow instructions).

• External causes (such as voltage instability, environmental factors, natural disasters, etc.)

• Failure caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification.

• Equipment repairs beyond the warranty period.

2. Maintenance costs (outside the warranty period) :

• Provide quotation before maintenance, and then repair after customer confirmation.

• Provide a detailed repair report after the repair is completed.

3. Return requirements: the equipment and accessories must be intact and comply with the return and exchange policy (specifically according to the contract).
