The machine adopts frequency conversion technology, single chip microcomputer control system and humanized setting, with strong applicabilily, high dearee of automalon, easy operaton, high accuracyof hot-cuting positioning, power saving, over-voltage and under-voltage, protection, low noise and so on.
1.This machine is controlled by a liquid crystal computer touch screen. It can preset the bag-making speed, bag-making length, and batch/batch quantity for automatic counting. It will give an early alarm and stop working after the batch quantity is completed.
2. The temperature of the ironing knife is controlled by a computer and can be synchronously tracked.
3. The speed of the main motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which operates smoothly, saves electricity and is easy and convenient to operate.
4. Photoelectric eye tracking precisely controls the size of the bags.
5. It adopts high-grade imported silicone conveyor belts, which have a long service life and make the bags look beautiful.
6. It has a dotted line disconnection function
7. Special knives are designed and equipped for special-shaped bags such as flower bags, tie bags and umbrella packaging. The bags are neat and beautiful, and the cut edges are firm and smooth.
